Class and event schedule
Mondays 6pm - 7pm
Creative Vinyasa flow is a playful practice that links movement with breath in one smooth continuous sequence. In this class Rhi will guide you from one pose to another through your inhale and exhale, creating heat inside the body and a stillness in the mind.
Each time you come to the mat you will experience something original, fun and creative! Rhi’s classes are always full of variety, you never know what you are going to get! There will be challenging transitions, progressions and modifications, traditional pranayama (breathwork), occasional mantra and always relaxation.
This is a mixed ability class and a regular yoga practice is recommended.
Step into a sacred space of kindness and compassion with our Mārdava Yoga class guided by Rhi. Mārdava means mildness and gentleness and is one of the 26 divine virtues celebrated in the Bhagavad Gita. Embark on a peaceful practice of mindful breathwork, guided movement and intention setting. This class will soothe and release the tension within, creating space for relaxation and healing. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, this class offers a nurturing environment for all.

A pilates class tailored for all levels, including beginners to pilates, designed to enhance your body's flexibility, mobility, strength, posture, alignment and body awareness. Mat pilates is a low impact exercise class that connects body and mind. Join Laura for a morning pilates flow and unlock your body's full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment. Life Lines - New six week course, Grief Investigation with Lizzie Pickering
The Title is born from the reading, writing and “lines” I have loved and that resonated as I navigated my own way through grief. The course is suitable for anyone over 18 years, who lives with grief, no matter how long ago your loved one died, and no matter what age they, or you, were when they died. Fridays 6pm - 7.30pm
An ancient yogic practice known as ‘yogic sleep’ helps you reach the place of ‘peace beyond words’. This class combines guided meditation and breathwork which creates a mind-body connection. It starts with gentle movement and is then practised lying down.
The practice draws your attention inward and you will enter altered states of wakefulness and sleep. The breath balances and becomes quiet and both the conscious and unconscious mind reveal themselves, leading to an innate state of deep rest and awareness. This relaxes the nervous system and calms the mind. It can help restore sleep and rest deficits and increase mental and physical energy.
During the meditation, you will receive some Reiki, an energy healing technique, that will further promote your relaxation, and reduce any stress or anxiety, through gentle touch.
Finish your evening with a delicious herbal tea and a healthy sweet treat to ground you before your journey home!
No need to bring anything, all mats, blankets and anything else you need for this class is available here at Cloud Nine.

During a Gong Bath the gongs generate waves of sound that intersperse with and bathe over our entire body - re-aligning our cells and pressing the re-set button! These powerful gongs are invaluable tools for stress reduction and personal transformation.
Enjoy your own personal sound journey where you can switch off and relax. Once you’ve had your first Gong Sound Bath you will want more.

Paired with a soul-nourishing guided meditation, this workshop offers a sanctuary for your soul, allowing you to immerse yourself in a state of deep inner peace and harmony.

A quiet and contemplative practice that is an antidote to urban life. Yin helps you stretch and release the connective tissues in the body (tendons, ligaments and fascia) where we hold our stress, tension and past trauma whilst also teaching you how to calmly control the breath through the discomfort.
Passive stretches are held for 3 - 5 minutes on each side and are kept low to the ground increasing blood flow, improving flexibility and lowering stress levels (cortisol.)
Class ends with a deep relaxation.
A wonderful and essential practice for everyone; we all need more yin to balance out our busy fast-paced lives. Open to all levels from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.
